RETURNS

Because each piece is handmade with love, we can only accept returns for items that arrive damaged or faulty. If anything doesn’t arrive as expected, please reach out within 7 days—we’re here to help and want to make sure you feel completely happy with your purchase.

Because our pieces are handmade and many are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind.

Please choose carefully and check the sizing and product information before placing your order. If you’re unsure about sizing or have any questions about a product, we’re always happy to help before you purchase.

Of course, if your item arrives faulty, damaged or significantly different from what was ordered, please contact us as soon as possible so we can work with you to resolve the issue.
