Most of our clothing and fabric products are machine washable, because we know children’s clothes need to survive more than just the occasional spill! Care instructions are provided with each product.

Because handmade means we’re not a giant clothing factory! Some fabrics are available in limited quantities, which means certain designs may only be made a few times—or even just once.

Ready-made items will generally be dispatched sooner, while custom and made-to-order pieces require additional time. The estimated timeframe will be provided with your order or discussed with you for custom pieces.

Because many of our pieces are handmade specifically for you, it’s important to check the sizing information carefully before ordering. We are unable to accept returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind purchases. However if you do have any questions regarding sizing, please reach out and we would love to help you with this.

Due to the handmade nature of these products, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless the item is faulty as covered by Australian Consumer Law .
